Welcome to VerifyDMARC! VerifyDMARC Limited (“VerifyDMARC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in New Zealand, provides email authentication, reporting, and conformance services (“Service”). By accessing or using our services, you (“you”, “your”, or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

VerifyDMARC provides email authentication, reporting, and conformance services ("Service"). You may use our Service only as permitted by law and these Terms. We may suspend or stop providing our Service to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create a VerifyDMARC account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Our Service allows you to analyse and monitor DMARC reports. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the analysed content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.

When a Service requires or includes downloadable software, this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. VerifyDMARC gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by VerifyDMARC as part of the Services.

We are constantly changing and improving our Service. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether. You can stop using our Service at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. VerifyDMARC may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

We provide our Service using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care, but there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Service. Other than as expressly set out in these terms or additional terms, neither VerifyDMARC nor its suppliers or distributors make any specific promises about the services.For example, individual DMARC reports are processed on a best efforts basis, some reports are malformed or do not conform to our validation rules and are therefore not processed.

All claims, legal proceedings, or litigation arising in connection with the Service will be brought solely in the courts located in Auckland, New Zealand, and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Service. You should look at the terms regularly. Changes addressing new functions for a Service, or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
